HarQen to integrate Sharendipity collaborative development technology into the HarQen web telephony platform; Sharendipity to distribute HarQen components

MILWAUKEE, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- HarQen, the leading web-telephony solutions company, and Sharendipity, a software development platform for monetizing software applications and components, today announced a plan to integrate HarQen's web telephony platform and Sharendipity's collaborative user-generated software environment. This partnership will enable HarQen customers to use Sharendipity to configure custom web telephony applications, and Sharendipity customers to access a set of premium, HarQen-powered telephony components.

HarQen's web telephony and social networking platform powers easy-to-use business applications across a range of industries. The company's goal is to optimize voice transactions for businesses - examples include VoiceScreener and Comic Wonder. Under the new agreement, Sharendipity will power the presentation layer, allowing HarQen clients to create custom web-telephony applications for their customers, powered on the back end by the HarQen platform.

Under the agreement, HarQen web telephony objects will be provided as premium components to Sharendipity users.
